So I ate everything I could pick up and put in my mouth yesterday. I SO paid for it today! We did 13.5 km from the Langley Running Room and I swore near the end that my legs would shatter if I so much as took one more step. I also didn't get a very good night's sleep and I think I was dehydrated. Lesson learned.
